1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Notework ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the Service or other users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

4. User-Generated Content

You may upload MIDI files and other content to the Service. You retain full ownership of any content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Notework a limited license to store, process, and serve that content back to you as part of the Service. We will not distribute, sell, or publicly display your uploaded content without your permission.

5. Service Availability

Notework is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notework and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

8. Intellectual Property

The Notework name, logo, and all original content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Notework and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
